Matt Rempe is a beast, he took on Ryan Reaves, Nick Deslauriers, Olivier, and Matt Martin. The New York Rangers vs Toronto Maple Leafs was a great game and Max Domi ended up winning it. Rempe fought Reaves and did quite well. He’s bringing back fighting in the NHL, gotta love it!

The refs are 💯 responible for the Rempe vs Reaves fight when they failed to call the obvious charging call that put out the Leafs D-man. No fight if refs called the penalty. Rempe had to pay the piper for that cheap-shot hit. 🤔

Dude needs to work on defending that counter right. He seems to unload only to get a counter to the chops.

Dustin Byfuglien knew to let up when hammering opposing players into the boards, because if he didn't, he would be sent to the box, and for good reason – half the players on the opposing team would have otherwise been hauled off on stretchers. The same rules should apply to Rempe.

Scared…The kid isn't scared by anyone..he is taken on the real tough guys, he is not picking his fights. He needs to tone it down and get more games under his belt, though..I would like to see him around for a while.

It seems hockey players grab the jerseys of the person they are fighting to keep them at bay. But, they’d be better off using the hold to pull that person toward them as they’re delivering the punch.

I’m very impressed by this Rempe kid. Him and xhekaj making hockey exciting again. Pretty even tilt with Reavo who has lost a step or 2. Hope he takes time to get healthy and 100% and sticks around awhile
