  1. gil i will say it again,,,this dumb 3rd goal collapse is coaching. Let me be very clear. Coaches that are really good coaches KNOW THEIR ROSTER , and know very well the strengths and weakness of every player they have. They then utilize every players strength and PUT THEM INA POSITION TO SUCCEED. Case in point look at reillys goal and pelechs goal. They have awesome shots. So does wahlstrom pulock and dobson. So if im the coach i tell those guys to shoot shoot and shoot again a million times as thats one of their strengths. In the case of anders Lee , his strength is screening the goaltender getting those tips in front of the net etc thats how he scores .So i tell anders stand in front of the net screen the goaltender and tip as many shots as you can EVERY SINGLE TIME you can …thats his game just do that every single opportunity you get . So ,bottom line utilize each players strength (s) every time.

  2. After they blew the two goal lead, I was actually pulling for the Pens to win. We get the one and only SOG in the OT and it's a weak goal let in. But hey, a goal is a goal. Still, now we are supposed to pretend we didn't blow yet another multiple goal lead going to the 3rd period? Roy sounds a little too happy for my money. He should be pissed off. Anyway, Gil, I very much enjoy your podcast and wish you continued success. Keep up the good work!
