It’s a “huge” mistake to not pick up a 3rd or 4th round pick? The Powers article said KD was willing to do so, but things were quiet. That just means there are no teams wanting/needing to dump a salary right now. The Hawks making a deal like this is 100% dependent on the other teams.

We already have so many picks, and I think kd has a plan this draft or summer. Like to see him go after a couple of free agents. Or even trade some of those picks to move up in the draft. I’ve liked what Kyle has done so far n I see what he’s trying to do. The next two years are going to be interesting for sure
The Hawks no. 1 priority is not getting better. It's selling more suite tickets. Draft picks, with rare exception, do not sell tickets.
