Kane vs. Bedard in Chicago Was NUTS

Nhl detroit red wings vs chicago blackhawks patrick kane return to chicago didnt only feature his overtime winner ot goal or the cindy crawford hockey shot and the chris chelios jersey retirement, the entire game and night was wild. Those red wings blackhawks highlights don’t do the actual atmosphere of the game justice especially the connor bedard patrick kane goal moments, but it’s still worth a watch. 1. Blackhawks have had way too much luck with getting the #1 overall pick at the right time. Like Pittsburgh Penguins and San Antonio Spurs.

  2. Cool game for sure. Can't say I agree on Chelios though. Class acts don't skip out on the handshake line when their team gets booted in a playoff series. I lost all respect for him in 2003 when he went straight to the lockeroom after the Ducks swept Detroit in the first round.

  3. the only thing that could have made this better is if mj didn't have the family issue, and was there with gretz

  4. Well I've seen a couple octopuses scooped up in Detroit this season and the girl that goes and retrieves is quite the looker.

  5. Can ppl stop being like “hawks fans see this as a win win they’re helping their odds at Celebrini” as a hawks fan, i just want to see them win, we’ll pick high no matter what, i dont root for losses

  6. Kane's return didn't take the headlines. It was a footnote. The headline was Chris Chelios #7 going to the rafters

  7. I was in the building. The drama that played out on TV was even more extreme in the building. During the curtain call(s) people were legit crying, and I’m not talking 1-2 individuals. It was one of the most bittersweet, emotionally complicated moments I’ve ever experienced. Nothing but love. Also enjoyed Bedsy getting physical with Kane a couple times. Front office may be comfortable with the tank, but when I tell you that kid wants nothing but to win every single night. Hella competitor.

  8. In the moment I hated Kane scoring that OT goal. But in the end it's for the best. I would like the Hawks to bring Kane back next year.

  9. Love your breakdowns man, you seem to have a very knowledgeable grasp on the game and how it’s played past and present as well as where it is headed in the future. Definitely earned a sub from me. Keep the vids coming man, I wouldn’t be surprised seeing you on the panel when you’re older 👍🏼
    Much love from Canada 🇨🇦

  10. The whole experience was so awesome to watch. Even the announcers on the Detroit broadcast got choked up a bit at the Kane tribute. And it was dope seeing Chelios' jersey retirement too. He was one of my favorite wings as a kid. I was still buzzing the next day lol

  11. Classy Chicago !!! Detroit fan but never hated the Hawks and always loved Kane. Good luck to your rebuild hopefully see you in the cup finals in the future.

  12. you sneak it in by saran wrapping it to your chest/ abdomin, watched a guy who did it in 02stanely cup finals vs canes when i was 11

  13. Game was just epic. So many Chicago and Detroit storylines intersecting. As a Wings fan, I feel super fortunate to be able to watch what Kane does on the ice to a much greater extent than I've been able to before. He's so incredibly talented, smart, and driven! Good on the Hawks fans for retiring Cheli's jersey and welcoming Kaner back in style. That said, suck it Hawks!

  14. Who the fuck says Chris Chelios is the best American player ever? That’s mike madano, kane or matthews. Like bud who the fucking fuck said chelios is the best american born player? 😂😂😂😂
