  1. Elias Midholm, Guy allegedly turned down 8×9 in Calgary! He will be lucky to get 7 million this summer, i don't even think it will be that high.

  2. Lindholm never made sense for Vancouver. They had Pettersson and Miller they didn't need a top 2 center. Guentzel would make sense for them. But the issue is if Pitts the facilitator they are going to have to take back a contract from Boston, maybe two, and potentially eat half of Lindholms salary too. They are going to want I imagine a good amount of assets for that. They'd get Jake DeBrusk I imagine which would lessen losing Guentzel a little but on top of that for the difference of Lindholm and Guentzel I imagine they are going to want a first or an A tier prospect. Then they are probably also going to want a first or an A tier prospect for the salary juggling. I can't see Boston paying DeBrusk, Lyssel and a first for Lindholm as a rental especially with how he hasn't seemed to fit in with Vancouver or in general with how things have gone for Lindholm this season. His value is not at it's peak right now.

  3. Machinations means scheming, calculating, fiddling, juggling, negotiating etc. Aspects does not mean that. It’s a good word many people use.

  4. They should trade him. He’s been very average and the Canucks overpaid. Hopefully they can dupe the Bruins to overpay as well

  5. the price must have dropped considerably… what are we getting back in exchange, Boston's first round pick???

  6. It honestly makes sense because we have been losing more games since we got him then before he hasn't really been producing very much and he hasn't been very good for our team so honestly getting rid of him is probably for the best because I don't think he's a good fit and I don't see him as Elite player anymore

  7. It would suck to see Lindholm go so soon, but if he's not really producing like we were looking for AND not interested in staying for next season, why? Why keep him if another deal is available to get something back for him or find another player who may produce better and/or be more willing to resign with us and stick around for an actual multi season contendership run.

  8. i think trading lindholm right now is stupid, hes only played 14 games with the squad, has been moved around many times and the team in general has been in a slump lately. they need to commit to him on a specific line, (I think lindholm-miller-boeser would be amazing) and let him build chemistry

  9. I would love if after the deadline .Vancouver had added Guentzel, Carlo, Lysell, Greenway and another depth piece. I know it won't ever happen

  10. Since we traded lindholm to the nucks my team the Flames been playing very good 👍 i honestly think lindholm is washed hes not a #1 center he just sucks thats it

  11. Lindy with Pasta and the Rat on his wings, would really help the Bruins and would be a better fit for LIndy. I think that works a lot better for the player and the Bruins. The thing is what does the Canucks get back, they did give up a ton to get him. Interesting trade option.

  12. Last 5 games 0 points, the 5 games before that 4 points. Why risk trading him for Guentzel, when we don't know that he will any do better. The safer option is too keep Lindholm and see if we can aquire Toffoli. As a Canucks fan, I'd rather not help Boston out by giving them Lindholm.

  13. Lol!! Noooo!! Please keep him Vancouver!! Sweeney has seemed to be very interested in Lindholm the past few years. He’s making too much $ for his offensive production.

  14. remember when Canucks fan were calling him the man when he scored 2 tap-ins vs Carolina? 😂😂😂😂
