The missing pieces, much like Edmonton, are the star goaltender (Fleury, Crawford, Vasilevsky, Quick) and the star defender (Letang, Burns, Keith, hedman)

What a horrible trade list
1.) Bogosian – can barely skate and just resigned with Minnesota
2.) Dumba – probably the most severely declining top 4D in the past 3 years
3.) Savard – for a 1st round pick 😂…guy is 34 this year, a combined -44 the past 3 years and in the 20’s and 30’s% in expected goals – if that’s a 1st rounder defensive defenseman better to do nothing….
All these guys are junk…better to run with what you have than give anything up for those has beens.
