So Many Big NHL Trades Today…

Nhl trades today have been plentiful and pretty sizeable (including a big one-for-one!) ahead of the 2024 trade deadline. Nhl trade rumors are becoming reality as the edmonton oilers anaheim ducks buffalo sabres colorado avalanche philadelphia flyers ottawa senators and florida panthers have all gotten in on the action. That bowen byram casey mittelstadt trade is huge, adam henrique oilers trade helps connor mcdavid club bolster themselves as stanley cup contenders , and the avs are making some big improvements to their team. 1. As an avs fan I’m skeptical of the Byram trade but with Makar and Toews on l1 he’ll never get the ice time he deserves

  2. Avs didn't really use Johansen to his strength. I was confused watching their games and seeing Johansen always parked in front of the net. He had always been a playmaker foremost even back when I would watch him in Juniors, so sticking him where he didn't really belong didn't let him flourish. But then, the Avs didn't really need another playmaker and their net-front grinders have missed a lot of games this season so they had to stick him somewhere and it just wasn't working.

  3. This clip just popped up on screen. Are there still Canadian based teams in this pop corn league ? And, is that American still running things to the ground ? Not that I'm interested or anything.

  4. Finally the oilers listened to me. They needed an actual nhl forward badly in their 3rd line so McLeod can move up. he's one of very few who can actually skate with david

  5. Anyone who thinks the sens got fleeced dont know shit, that trade is a win for both teams since tarasenko was leaving after the season for no return to the sens

  6. Mecca of hockey needs to be told trading has started ???? of course You cannot do anything with what Dubas left hang on Pittsburgh

  7. From an unbiased perspective, this Sense trade mades no sense to me. Giving up arguably your best player (when your team is last in the Division) for a 3rd and 4th rounder (4th rounder not even guaranteed). This does basically nothing for your team that is barely even alive right now.

  8. Unless he's just refusing to play I can't what so ever see the upside of Pens trading Jake Guentzel?! How is that helping anything trading one of the top most productive players next to Sid? Lol just pay the man!

  9. I mean where not gonna get the cup but hay bob gets to play with another former blue jacket for a few weeks
