I am quite all right with the Canucks not getting Guentzel… just drive up the market for other teams. I honestly don't think this team is good enough to win it all this year anyway, so it would not be wise to mortgage your future for one Cup run that likely would end in rounds two or three.
It would be nice to see Toffoli back but probably not for what it would cost. As for Lindholm, the reasons to want him on the team are still the same as they were when they traded for him. For all the talk of him not being a fit I thought the all Swedish line looked good but just weren’t producing. The PKing and faceoffs have been a help. A bit of production and confidence could change the story in short time, just got to hope that happens.
What the Canucks have been mssing, since they lost their dominent play,is size.Since Dakota has been out teams have stepped it up physically.Just getting him back will not put us back on track.Pick up Olivier from Columbus to give us the edge back.Protect what we have and build for the future.If this is our year fantastic,if not we continue forward one piece at a time.

Tyler Toffoli would be great to bring back to the Canucks!!
Canucks should get Toffoli. Get something that has worked in the past.
