teams should be fined $100,000 for everytime they get shutout. No fans wanna watch their professional hockey team score absolutely nothing
allowing 5 should be $50,000 if you lost
allowing 6 should be $60,000 if you lost
allowing 7 should be $70,000 if you lost
allowing 8 should be $80,000 if you lost
allowing 9 should be $90,000 if you lost
allowing 10 should be $1,000,000 if you lost
allowing anymore than that should be 20 years in prison
a loss should be $1000
