Tarasenko the scoring weiner!

Tarasenko played well. He had a big hit, some shots and three (should have been 4) points.
An expected return to form for the win. Good team play. Vladdy is another swaggy type sniper. And the okposo after game interview shows he's a great pick up and will be a bonus to the team. Go Cats.
So let me get this straight, I go to the Philly game because we made a huge steal with Tarasenko, and lose with 20 seconds in regulation. Then the next game I can't watch because of work and tarasenko gets 2 goals and an assist and blow out the Flames 5-1. That's fantastic.
Ekblad is one of those guys who gets those injuries just when the strong wind happens to blow towards him. He is weak with his body. He is getting year after year so useless. Zito is just waiting that moment to let him go. Rodrigues situation looked quite bad. But he is one of those players which is also easy to replace. Stolarz is the thing to keep in Florida many years. Tarasenko woke up after the first trying to fit in this team game. Panthers looks so damn good and there are so much depth in this team this year.
I feel bad for Huberdeau. I wanted his career to get back on track so badly.
if erod is out for the season, do you try to move tarasenko to the third line and have the other lines stay the same as before the deadline and have okposo play gaj’s spot?
Okposo cant play center, Maurice pretty much all but confirmed in his post game interview he's gonna go on the 3rd line with Eetu and Lundy

The Panthers now have 10 back to back competitive games in a row…11 if you count the Habs and they can come out swinging.

maurice said in a postgame interview that ekblad is okay. He might miss a couple days but nothing long term.
Zito's sneakiest move, and one that he doesn't get enough credit for, is shadow signing Huberdeau and Weegar for the panthers. Both these guys had nice assists for two panthers goals.
But seriously, Calgary's turnovers were painful to watch. They had good energy when playing in the offensive zone, but completely torpedoed their game by playing incredibly poor defence. I mean, I wanted them to lose, and still got frustrated by how often they would cough up the puck. 😄
Panthers need to translate the road game into their home game, finally get a dominant win. Great response back from the Flyers game. They finally get a dub over Weegs and Huby duby doo. What a great player is Tarasenko to play with new linemates and not play on his preferred right wing, and light it up. I don’t expect anything less from a former Cup champion.
Any concern with us losing to philly when tampa wiped the floor with them and tampa being our potential rd 1 matchup.
Or can we chalk it up to shaking the rust off adding vladi to the lineup and making some new chemistry
