  1. Tom Wilson Won't be jumping us anymore as long as we have these monsters in lineup .. LGR baby whoooooa..Exactly what I have been preaching last few years ..Now you guys believe me

  2. I want figure skating! I want pretty plays! I want superstars not getting checked! I want higher pay! . . . If that’s the league Gretzky played in he would be as well known as the best male figure skater in the world, can you name him or a single one. Fucking pansies!!!

  3. Rempe… 1st shift. fight before the puck was dropped… 1st shift (2nd game). run someone and get a 5min major… lol welcome to the NHL

  4. It was a hit to the head. It doesn’t matter that you are 6’7”, a head shot is still illegal. I have to say I have been playing hockey for 60 years and played semi pro in the 1980 and 1990s. I love hard physical hockey and hate the way today’s game seems to want to eliminate good clean body checks. Every time you make a clean check you have to fight someone. It’s ridiculous and its spoiling our game.

  5. It’s really just a case of a guy being to big. There’s nothing you can do. He literally got a match penalty for just being too big. I’m sure they also want to send a message to Bastian because of how he plays.

  6. It's getting to a point players can't hit anymore. As someone that watched the Colorado and Detroit games back in the 90's there has to be some kind of middle ground with hitting. At this point the game is almost a non contact sport.

  7. Panarin, Mika Z., Lafreniere and Kreider are going to have a lot more room to do their things while this kid is in the lineup. Kudos to GM Drury for realizing that without Ryan Reaves and with Trouba too important on D to be sitting in the box too often this squad had one major achilles heel. This kid won't play much in the playoffs, perhaps not more than a small handful of shifts, but it's the threat that matters. Old school roster management. Winning.
