Igor Stands Tall In His 2nd Consecutive Shutout As Rangers Defeat Canes | New York Rangers



It was a playoff atmosphere in North Carolina as the Rangers and Hurricanes faced off. Igor Shesterkin won his 28th game of the season by stopping all 28 shots, making it his 2nd consecutive shutout. Adam Fox scored New York’s lone goal with only 8 seconds left remaining in the first period.

  1. Special teams play and outstanding power play and penalty kill defensively and offensively also killing off penalites and seizing of opportunities for the power play is excellent and goaltending is excellent also.

  3. I would love to know what Igor told K' Andre Miller when they were congratulating each other. It appeared as though Igor was complimenting Miller for flat out dominating the game on both ends of the ice. Miller and Schneider play well together. Zac Jones and Gus make a very good pairing. Fox is garbage! He looks lost on D. Lindgren carries his weight on the defensive end.
