Oh a two- goal effort uh I’ll ask you right have you had too many of those in the NHL uh a couple not too many um so you know like I said I think it’s uh good to contribute and um but at the end of the day a win’s the most important

Still kept scoring yeah uh you know I think that was our mindset coming into the night um we wanted to get on them right away and obviously we did a good good job of that so it’s uh yeah it was a good effort from us um you know

There’s always things you can clean up and we’ll focus on that and uh yeah keep going here Tomy spoke this morning about how much he he senses the team is embracing the opportunity to play these games against teams ahead of you how much have you sense that yeah for sure

Um you know we’re pretty lucky to be able to play um teams were chasing so many times down the stretch here and uh we definitely have to take advantage of that if if we want to get in so um it’s a it’s a big stretch of hockey for us

And we got to be ready to go every night when you say that does it bring I I know it’s obvious motivation how do you approach it do you want to know where you are or do you avoid it and look kind of in the micro um I think

You’re always kind of watching you know um watching teams that you’re chasing how they’re doing every night um you know watching the standings a bit but um I think you just try to use it as as motivation obviously uh every team’s goal is to win a Stanley Cup and that doesn’t change
