The Chicago Wolves and Grand Rapids Griffins played to stalemate through three periods and overtime on March 8 in Grand Rapids. Neither team was able to score in the shootout until #44 Max Comtois put one away in the third round. Goaltender Adam Scheel sealed the win for the Wolves by stopping all three attempts and give the Wolves a 2-1 victory and two big points in the standings.
