Possible video idea. Price per point for forwards and defensemen over the years. Eg if soneone had 5 points on a $1 Million deal each point cost $200k. I dont know about what sample size I would use or how far back I would go.

I believe that Hayes might be out in the next couple weeks because if he gets traded to a team he doesn't like he can be out and a ufa next off season and with signing Hayes it gives him more trade value now that he is off arbitration.
Only problem I have with Hayes is that he wants too much money. He isn't worth 5 mil
hayes was used as a defensive center and did not get much PP time, yet still scored. He wanted more money and term from NY and wasn't going to get it. There is an NHL team that is going to pay him, it just won't be the NYR

I have commented a couple of times that I think it would be cool for you to start a league like you used to have with 50 teams (you don't need to start this one this big), but let fans create players. I know this would probably take a lot of time so maybe it's only a summer thing, but I think it would be fun and enjoyable. Thanks for making videos you are amazing keep it up.

i think looking at the chemistry that hathaway had with mangiapane and janko at the start of last year is worth noticing… 19 points in 18 games is no joke in the ahl…. but he doesn't seem to have a place in calgary. any thoughts?

No, its a rebuild. Zuccarello and Hayes definitely going to be traded.

I honestly forget salomaki is on the team sometimes i was shocked to find out he played in 52 games last year.
spooner was also signed. i dont expect you to make a video on that but it was a 2 year contract. what does that mean to you and what do you think it means for his future with the rangers

What do you think the chances of Kevin Hayes going to Winnipeg for Jacob Trouba straight up at some point? I know that Winnipeg has been low balling Trouba, and since Stasny left, they are in need of some center depth. Getting Trouba would be awesome since the Rangers are in pretty big need of a RHD if they are looking to contend in the near future. While Hayes is a solid player, I think the potential benefits of dealing him will outweigh keeping him, especially since we have a glut of centers coming up.
Also, what do you think the chances are of Panarin coming to New York next season? That could be pretty game changing.
