This is a NEW DRILL I have discovered that helps you bomb your driver but DO NOT SQUARE THE CLUB FACE AND START IT IS LIKE THIS!
Start the club face like this and you will start hitting so much longer and straighter drives! This is a proven method that I know works for every single golfer no matter their age or ability. Do not square the club face and start the club face like this instead! It is honestly like cheating.
I never start with my golf club face square and I do not have the driver square at impact, this method will get you hitting the driver straighter and it will help you to hit the golf ball longer. It is a really simple tip that you can take straight out onto the golf course. All golfers ask simple driver drills, how to square the club face, how hit the driver longer, how to hit the driver straighter, how to hit a draw, how to square the club face, how to improve with driver, the list goes on.

This has to be the BIGGEST GIVEAWAY I HAVE EVER DONE
great tips, look forward to implementing as my slice is wicked all of a sudden
It all depends on swing path if you have a habit of hitting down on your driver this will just make your slice worse

If you have to “cheat”, you should just work on making your swing mechanically instead of constantly putting bandaids on your swing.
Thanks your videos are excellent, training & advise that you can actually take to the GC and see results!
Instead of overcompensating (like turning your face in a direction you dont plan on hitting it) just line the ball up a little bit towards the toe, instead of having the ball right on the mark put it slightly in front of the mark closer to the toe, problem solved.
Or you could just take a stronger grip. Presumably club manufacturers set the clubface to the optimum position when the Driver head is resting on the ground. So if that is correct it must be a weak grip that is one of the major cause of slices.
Loving your channel Alex, I don't know if this giveaway is done, if so, I could use a driver, I mentioned on last video I commented, had a driver for about 17 years, (Nike sumo) , bought that used about a decade ago for 50 bux!
If contest is over, you want to sell one of yours collecting dust, I'm down!
Oh no, I'm left handed!
I started closing the club face about 2 degrees at the start of the spring this year, instantly stopped slicing and now draw most every drive, its so wonderful. It just took time for my mind to get over seeing a purposely closed driver face, now it feels great.

Entered, great tip, thanks.

hmmm, and why not just play the ball off the outside of your foot instead of the inside heel? Then you impact the ball later, have better contact and the face has a more time to square up to the target. going to give this a go at the range later though!
So I struggle with pull hooks. 10.5 rogue st max. Play strong grip because push slice with neutral grip. Eh never know which will happen next and want to just hit a 6 iron instead. Suggestions
I've Entered, thanks Alex for the great tips 😊
Alex, this tip has changed my golf life. I did this today at the range and literally hit almost every drive straight or with a draw and was constantly hitting 285-300 off the tee, in cold weather in Ohio. This is a game changer!
So many of your short lessons seem to help my golf. I would love to try that tip with the prize driver.
I presume the opposite to stop hooking the ball? That shot has plagued me for years to the point where I have thought about giving the game up on a few occasions!
This guy is a genius 100%
Yea when you start rotating the face you going to rather hook or a duck hook. If you try and keep the face sitting squared all the way back and rotate on the down swing with the feeling of the face pointing at the ball through the whole swing. You won’t have to worry about closing the face at impact. Driver is the biggest and hardest club to hit and requires you to hit up on the ball with a squared face and feel like the head on the downswing is moving more out to right field will help you from cutting across the ball making you put side spine for those nice slices of power fades weekend warriors call it
Umm, no.
I am a slicer all my life, it’s my natural swing with my right shoulder coming across and not down. Thankyou for the coaching tip, it helped

Thanks Alex as a senior golfer just coming back to golf after major op I will give this a try! All the best for 2024
Great tip Alex…I've entered the draw for the driver and shared wider.
All done 🏌♂️🏌♂️
Alex , it really works even my friends say!! What did u do to hit it that straight !! I don’t say a word , let them figure it out 😂
ive entered. thanks
Really ejoy your videos Alex – hope to win a new driver😊
Alex you are one of the few in all the instructors I watch that continually has his/her lead elbow to down range. Most have it at themselves. Could you do a favor and test something and see if you get results? Cant your trailing arms thumb to target as well as lead arms elbow and let me know the results? As a carpenter/tree feller I know the importance of position of right wrist to swing for those and the gold swing is actually a ton like felling trees or driving a nail sideways. The choice is yours on if you play at canting your wrist or not. Good video.
I've heard about this method years ago. This just caused me to pull everything due to my out to in path. Wouldn't this also cause a loss in clubhead speed since you aren't activating your hands to close the club?
Thank you for the tip 😁
Love it Alex 🔥
Alex, what's wrong with the way I make contact now ✝️🇺🇸🤔
