Well we all know our sport is built on three beautiful disciplines Swim Bike and run but on race day the most important discipline is the fourth one nutrition and that can’t be discounted and if you trained with proper nutrition you got to know on race day that is your fourth
Discipline you you you’re stressed about the swim you’re stress oh I’ve got to do this on the bike I’ve got to do this on the run and you get your nutrition in when you’re training but on race day it is number four and sometimes it should be like number two or three

❤ so important when you Bonk in Training 😅. Then i was lazy on the last race, thinking i could just use what is on course. dont shorten it. Will not do that in IMLP 🎉
