  1. i don't understand what sidney's implying what they're supposed to do. you cant build a cup around such an old team.

  2. Hextall and Burke ruined the team… they traded away all of the players who have come into form… to Vancouver and signed a 5 year deal with a really bad goalie… dubas will have his work cut out for him and will have to part with players.

  3. time to put on your big boy pants sid. the team blew their cap out of the water when they resigned you, malkin and letang, then sign karlsson to give you another shot. with jake in the line up they were still coming up short. they don't have the cake to resign guentzel and they can't let him walk away for nothing.

  4. I know the chances are slim as he is probably looking for another cup but I dream of seeing Sid with a habs jersey

  5. It’s Sid’s fault because he wanted Malkin and Letang signed back. Both those guys are turnover machines and don’t produce. They don’t care.

  6. Sid is completely responsible for all this. He tried to play GM and forced the team to over pay Letang and Malkin for way too long even though they were completely washed. Letang is one of the worst defenceman in the entire league and single handily cost them today’s game. Sid will never play another meaningful game in the small time he has left in the league and he deserves it.

  7. he aint leaving, they just need to fix bottom 6 and powerplay and they will be good again, dubas gonna fix it all in the summer, canucks fans are so thirsty lol

  8. They have proved on the ice by THEIR OWN play they do NOT have what it takes to compete and remain in contention. Thats why Jake is gone. They forced Dubas hand

  9. Crosby needs to request a trade and pick the team he wants to go to because he will never win another Stanley Cup with Pittsburgh maybe come to the Red Wings would be a historic decision after all the 2008 and 2009 Stanley Cup finals gotta be some fond memories and with Patrick Kane and I'm not saying Pittsburgh won't win another Stanley Cup Just Like Me Not between now and Crosby retiring

  10. I don't understand. If the team was mad about Jake getting traded, don't stink to this point. Sid is doing his job as far as production but as a captain? Letang, Malkin and Karlsson are losing this team games with bad turnovers (Letang, Karlsson) and slow play (Malkin). The coaching staff is doing nothing for them with the terrible power play and lack of creativity and finish. Work on that stuff in practice. You brought this on yourselves.
