All right ladies and gentlemen this is sports domom coming back with another video and this is my buffo Sabers at Detroit Red Wings uh preview big game today uh if the Buffalo Sabers win they will be one point out of a wild card playoff spot and uh Monday they will go

To Seattle Tuesday they’re in Vancouver and then Thursday at Edmonton and then Sunday at Calgary so and then they get a five game home stand after that western Canada Trip uh but win tonight you one point out and then somehow they got to beat Seattle who they’ve never beaten in

That in that team’s history so uh but the sabes are coming off of a three-game winning streak they beat Edmonton uh last Saturday 3-2 in a shootout they had to beat them twice then they beat Detroit 7 to3 then they beat the Islanders 4 nothing and now we’re at

Detroit uh and then we get them one more time uh later in the year but the Detroit Red Wings coming at 3327 and six the Buffalo Sabers coming at 3230 and five um Detroit’s going to be pissed pissed off uh because we put seven on them uh on Tuesday night uh they’ve lost

I think like seven in a row uh so they’re they’re going to be a pissed-off team um and the Buffalo Sabers have to come out and weather uh the first storm uh that they that Detroit throws at them and just be physical shoot the puck you

Know they’re coming out off of a 4 nothing win over the New York Islanders um so they can do this they can do this they got to play with that same uh energy they’ve been playing with uh I know Detroit’s going to be pissed off but uh I think Detroit’s

Going to be pissed off enough they’re going to make the mistakes that the Sabers uh are going to jump on them uh so but uh Washington is ahead of us so we are two points behind Washington um okay so we’ll be yeah we’ll be one point out if we beat Detroit Detroit is

Uh 72 points the Islanders are 72 points uh if we win we’ll be 72 points so we’ll be in a three-way tie for the second and for the first and second Wild Card spots so uh the lines look like it’s going to be Tage Thompson centering Alex tuck and

Zus gurgenson Dylan cousins centering Zack Benson and Jordan Greenway pton Krebs centering Jeff Skinner and JJ petker I don’t know why Skinner on their third line and then it’ll be Tyson Jo centering Eric Robinson and Victor ol son uh the defensive pairings the first pairing is Bowen Byam and Rasmus D the

Second pairing is Owen power Henry Yoki Haru and then the third pairing is Jacob Bryson Connor Clifton and Y goalie uko Pekka Lucan who since January 1st has been outstanding uh tied for the third inning NHL uh and his and his League leading fourth since January 1st

Uh he’s been the best the best goalie uh the last few months uh I know I’ve given him a lot of uh but he he’s been uh the best player on the ice basically for the Buffalo Sabers uh he’s coming off of a 21 save shut out against the Islanders on Thursday his

23rd win in Buffalo’s last 26 games it was his fifth shut out of the season that’s tied for third in the NHL and his League leading fourth since January 1 so uh big game we win today we’re one point out uh of the one and two playoff spot

We’ll have 72 points the Islanders have 72 points the Red Wings have 72 points uh and of course uh Washington uh is right there with us at 71 points so we’ll be tied with Washington uh and then uh we will no we’ll we’ll uh yeah we’ll be tied with

Washington one point behind the Islanders and one point behind Detroit if we win today it’s going to be tough because Detroit is going to be so pissed off but we’re a young fast team we’re faster than them we can skate circles around them and we’ve proven it uh quite a few

Times this year we’ve beaten Detroit so uh we just got to play physical play Fast don’t get off to a slow start and uh have confidence in uko peka lukanin I’m excited for this guys if we win we got to go to Seattle Monday night somehow and beat them we haven’t beaten

Them in Seattle’s history I think we’re over for four 0 and 0 and four or 0 and five against them so uh like I said one game at a time but man if they win today we’re tied for the first or not tied we’re one point back of the first

And second wild card playoff spot but like I said the uh the Red Wings Are Free Falling I think and the Islanders they’re not playing that great we can catch them uh we’re done with the Islanders this year so uh we won’t have uh we don’t have them uh to play anymore

So uh but we got Detroit one more time after this but like I said uh we got Seattle on Monday uh that’s not going to be an easy task uh but like I said Buffalo Sabers they two games over 500 they’re 32 30 and 5 the Detroit Red

Wings come in at 3327 and six uh we got to get on Detroit early like we did last game early often take their crowd out of it take them out of it and guys let’s get one point one point out of a playoff spot we need Tage Thompson to show
