Lane Hutson i believe is our future #1. Im so excited for the kids to come for the big leagues. I have tickets to the last game of the season just to watch him
I think Hutson and reinbacher in Laval for remainder of season(if they make playoffs) makes most sense
My expectations for Slaf are getting higher and higher. He's developing FASTER then his usual comparisons like Thompson Byfield. I honestly believe he will be maybe better then Thompson. Maybe. Probably though just around his level. He really isn't worse in terms of raw attributes compared to Tage other then experience.

David and Lane won't make the team. They will be paired in laval for at least a couple of months. Then they will make their way there if habs are in contention come New Years. Only Slaff gets the NHL development. Watch. Cheers

You know what other player was consistently turning his weaknesses into his strength? Michael Jordan. Now I'm not saying he's gonna be the reincarnation of Wayne.. but if he keeps this progression… We are looking at a future hall of famer.

I like Matheson but I think that he should get traded this summer. He makes way too many mistakes for a veteran. – 30 is unacceptable no matter how many points you have. Hutson's heading over soon and he will be amazing. Keep Savard to help the young guys learn and feel comfortable.
I'm not sure Habs want to win many more games. They can still move up 2 places for the draft. So it's going to be tough for Slaf to pick up more points.

Really ? Lane Hudson Is 5'9 ,and weighs 148 lbs . Yes he is a good player at the University level but the NHL is a whole different league with big powerful men .Francis Bouillon played defense for the Habs back in the day . Little Big Man ,5'8 and weighed in at 198 lbs ! Francis was a strong guy and had a decent plus minus stats . I hope i'm wrong about Lane the feather weight . time will tell .

It might be an unpopular opinion but I think Hutson will shine as a winger 5 on 5 but on the top of the umbrella on the pp.
