What became clear to me this weekend finally is that this team has written off this season and thus I should too

Team tank confirmed
Every year I still look forward to playoff hockey even without the devils. I’m not looking forward to it this season. Just a shitty reminder of where the devils should be and those expectations have made this season that much worse. I wish this season ended yesterday and I could be done for the year and start looking forward to next season. Definitely won’t have the same hype that last summer had though, I was basically vibrating in anticipation of that first game with Detroit this season. Not gonna be like that at the start of next year.
If we had Jake Allen playing like this since December, we would be comfortable in a playoff position

Team needed an ass kicking season like this humble them.
