    Let me get this straight. Youngkin wants to use 2b of taxpayer money to build a stadium for billionaire Ted Leonsis, but won’t pass legislation to open recreational weed stores to increase the states tax revenue? I could have it wrong, but if not, he’s an idiot.

    No doubt that if Youngkin was Democrat and proposed this the state would be rolling out the red carpet.

    I still don’t think it’s dead. I think if it was dead there would be some great fanfare about all the wonderful things going to be done to Capital One. It will be dead when there are no infomercials and Bowser and Ted are on a stage together smiling.

    We’re maybe in the middle of act 2 right now.
