I could see the Habs moving Harris he would garner plenty of interest I love Harris but he is ahead of time in maturity > totally agree >keep the righty's

I'll answer, Guhle is clearly not a RD, he does much better on the LD, Harris is gone, struble is a sold bottom pair guy, nothing more. Savard will be traded, i personally believe matheson gets moved as well. The other item that people may not like, the habs pick 6, if demidov doesn't drop to 6, lindstrom won't be there, Catton and iginla are reaches at 6. I would not be surprised if they draft another d. The d 5 d are better prospects than anything the habs have, including guhle

Ok so with Reinbacher coming in, moves have to be made at draft day! What I’m the heck are we going to do with all these dmen? Barron, Mallioux and Reinbacher won’t be at the AHL level forever. Then we got Hutson coming and Engstron! Something had to give! To me, Savard and Matheson are on their way out.
Biggest mistake Habs made was to sent reinbacher to Europe just to save his feelings(from the hate from fan at that time) now he will take a year entirely to adjust like slaf. And will slowly get in the groove in the next year and thats still in the ahl level. So thats still far from the nhl so were talking about 2-3 year development. Which is not a good sign
Just want to remind, Mailloux was suppose to be a top 10 pick but because of off ice incidents he dropped to montreal and they took him… don't look at him at the draft selection he was taken as a player he should have gone much much sooner in that draft
I have been so ignorant! Anyone who has doubts about Reinbacher please take a minute to watch some of his highlights tho unpolished he has crazy amount of potential of turning into a Seider or Subban. He has a crazy shot plus his skating is one level lower than hutson but still amazing!. Just imagine in the future our WALL OF CHINA!!!! You can interchange 1p and 2p.

Fowler vs uconn and the saves at the end. Just reminds so much of Patrick Roy. Butterfly always moving. I think he is going to be a special player
I dont think either David or Lane will make the team out of training camp. Unless they make a move on D. Lane and David should go to Laval until Christmas. Then see where they are. Cheers

Wouldn’t really call Kovacevic a vet….yes he is a bit older but last year was his rookie year
Eventually if development goes according to plan the d core will be reindbacher hutson mailloux ghule xhekaj… the rest of the d will eventually have to go but until those 3 prospects pan out its hard to trade guys like Matheson strubble or harris and let them go without knowing if plan A works…btw if the best players available at the draft is another high end defenseman I'd say go for it… because so far nothing is guaranteed with any prospects we have, reindbacher has to adapt to nhl size rink, hutson as yet to play grown man at his height who knows, mailloux is getting there but yet hasn't proved anything… lots of ifs…
