Will the Boston Bruins have Playoff Success? : NHL | Daily Faceoff Live

When you look at the question mark surrounding the Boston Bruins it’s down the middle of the ice this is a team that last year lost in the first round we know all about that that was with buron with Cree now you look at this team Center depth and zacha and coil

Thrust into top six roles this season they’ve been getting decent production at times from a guy like Morgan geeki but I’m gonna say this Bruins team isn’t good enough to win a Playoff round Co be fair or foul I’m gonna say foul and you know here’s why I I like their back end

With Charlie McAvoy I know Matt grizzli has had some struggles in playoffs at times but I like that second pair with Carlo and ly Holm the bottom pair moves around a lot you’ve got Kevin shaten Kirk Mason lorai has been really good for them um I have no idea how they’ll

Start this season and Andrew peak’s been good the first couple of games he’s actually you know kind of surprised the organization with the way that he’s played and then they’ve kept him in the lineup but at the end of the day Tyler goenda playoff series okay I was on a

Team called the Boston Bruins and Tim Thomas won multiple playoff series for that team and and I think Jeremy Swan and lenus olar could do the exact same thing I do think they will win around I do not see them as a team that’s going all the way to the Conference Finals or

Winning a Stanley Cup but I wouldn’t expect to see them out after 12 days 14 days as we start the Stanley Cup Playoffs what’s up hockey fans if you enjoyed that video then you need to be hitting the Subscribe button right here at Daily face off exclusive interviews

  1. Naw … We learned very clearly from the last two playoffs series, it takes son of a social worker to i get through regular season, but it takes the son of a bytch to get through playoffs

This team has already gone further than it should -collective chip on their shoulder, combination of Young guns with veterans? This is a team ready to make a playoff run.

Look how much bigger they are this year.

    Pat!

Sway is too short -we may be relying on Linus.
He can scorpion post to post, Jeremy cannot- did you watch the Flyers game? I keep saying Jeremy is too short. I wish Anton Khudobhin was 3 inches taller!

If you're going to look at last year as a measuring stick for the upcoming season? Then take a look at the entire picture-

Nobody acknowledges that ridiculous schedule at the end of last season, causing major stress injuries. Five weekends in a row:

    play saturday,
    get on an airplane,
play another game in less than 24 hours
    – then get on an airplane again.

⭐ Do that 5 weekends in a row right before playoffs – what the heck?

So if you want to go back to last playoffs, to bring it forward to this year? You can't compare apples to pygmies.

If Bruins remain first in the conference, they can let leafs and Panthers beat each other up first round. That would be a major advantage.

When Tampa went down, that cleared the way to go further than we should have in 2019.

These boys are humiliated, look at Charlie Coyle ripping people off his captain now?

    I don't know what team you're looking at lately…

But history does apply here – history repeats itself as it did last year, When Brad was panicking at the end of the season… he knew the history

and Brad Marchand is counting on history repeating itself-

New coach Tom Johnson came in 1970 – 71, set the franchise record we broke last year on the way to breaking the NHL record for most winning regular season. We went down first round to none other than the habs. Same disappointment as last season

The next season came back to win the cup.

    Tampa did the same.

These types of factors don't show up in your statistics or gambling numbers

That's why I want gambling out of hockey – this is the 100th celebration, it's an emotional team – I think we always win on Mother's Day during home games playoff time!
Like when Bobby Orr got his flying OT goal Mother's Day 1970….. I remember!

pure stats don't t apply during playoffs, when emotions are high, and there's no salary cap.

They're going further than they deserve, no reason that should stop now.
