Unfortantely Thatcher Demko will be out for up to 2-4 weeks with an injury to some part of his body. That sucks.
It really sucks.
Luckily we have Carson Soucy holding it down and doing it with such poise and skill. In other words…I think we’ll be fine.
Look, we need Demko for a cup but the silver lining here is giving our teams defence a chance to get their game in order before the playoffs. A task way easier for a team who may have gotten the steal of the 2023 Free Agency Class.

Soucy was really good in Seattle. Personally thought he was one of the Krakens best defensemen. It was a surprise they let him go and it hurt them. And another defenseman with a bomb. Only defensmen who do not have a great shot is Joulesen,Cole. Our number three D-Man. We should have asked Carolina about DeAngelo. Sure he is a big Richard but in a regular season could get like 65 points. Good D-man with a nasty disposition on the ice and off.
My only concern with announcing the winner on the 22nd for a game on the 25th is that doesn't leave people like me who don't Live in vancouver and don't drive much time to book.arrange transportation should they win haha haha haha
