i would prefer hoffman in montreal
Julien and MB dont like to rank lines and prefer to distribute somewhat equally the ice time. So with the first three lines being very solid (drouin/suzuki/anderson ; tatar/danault/gallagher ; byron/kk/toffoli) i wouldnt be suprised if those 3 lines all have something like "2nd line Ice time". Very happy with this addition. Very good price and length

All of sudden this top 9 looks really balanced, you couldn't really tell which one of these lines is the 1st, 2nd or 3rd line which is a good thing because this shows you have depth. And knowing that KK is on the rise, you could even see Danault get moved down in a shutdown role.

As a 50 year old Habs fan, I can't believe what has happened in the last few days…
OUT: Domi, Hudon, Alzner, Folin, Kinkaid
IN: Edmundson, Allen, Anderson, Toffoli, Romanov
Suzuki, KK and Danault represent the best center line we've had in 30 years and they now have bigger and more talented wingers… Our defense has also hugely improved with the addition of Edmunson and Romanov, not to mention picking up Allen as a backup to Price… I mean Wow!!!! Good work Bergevin!!! As much as I criticized you through the years, I'm VERY impressed today….
Toffoli is decent, but he's slow as molasses.
