I'd hate to play for the leafs lol… getting questions like "would this year have been different if you started with a different coach?" WHAT?? What kind of question is that?? Of COURSE things would be different! Better? Worse? Who knows. But most of all, WHO CARES????? This interview barely gave anyone any insight into anything.

Winning the cup is still winning The Cup. If a team wins it all the other fanbases will chirp the winner by saying “yeah you won the cup but during corona with no fans or whatever.”

so why would we by the 'flu playoffs' —
if anything it'll be even harder to win …. so much so that, yeah, in some ways to may be a different playing field. especially for guys over 30 if they didn't keep their conditioning up during quarantine…
but it will definitely show which teams have the most natural skill and conditioning, the most natural chemistry

Never understood why barrie wasnt on 1st power play unit at start of season under babcock vs reilly..(nit that reilly isnt a good 1st unit guy i just think barrie was brought in for that) but then again babcock not gm and didnt bring him in and dubas did..(even tho dubas says him and babcock talked agreed on most things including that..)but its not like barrie had a chance first and faltered..he just was not given chance first. Makes no sense to me…???

I think the Leafs will definitely be Stanley Cup Champs in 2020 based solely on the fact that prior to Covid , they were clearly and without a doubt the best social distancing team in the NHL. Put a puck in the corner and they would strictly observe the 2m distancing observation religiously. So soft! Dubas find a different franchise to screw up. Shanahan ..
