They lack a dominant scorer and quality goaltending which is at best, league average. How many times have they scored less than 3 goals this year? Quite a few times. How many times have their goalies given up 4-plus goals this year? Again…quite a few times.
This team has been soft for the last 10+ years. We lack that tough guy. Every time we get one we trade him away or don't re sign him. It's stupid. Fighting is still apart of the game. Just not in the red wings world. You need a few goons to protect your yard
