Got an email that the Sabres started some NHL24 community and are doing a little tournament for some cool shit if anyone wants to give it a go!…I myself do not play but figured I’d share with the sub homies.

They haven’t updated the game engine in fifteen years. It was to the NHL’s enormous detriment that EA ended up getting their license in perpetuity.
Like, there were so many great and different takes on what a hockey video game could or might be and some monopolist shitboat like EA killed it.
Gretzky Hockey ’99 on the N64 is still outstanding.
This is only for HUT? Is there a non-HUT tournament? I haven’t played HUT this year
