A: NOT EVEN CLOSE.
A definite maybe on the playoffs next year.
the playoffs wouldnt be in the best interest for the habs . for the rebuild to make the playoffs next season .
but i would like them to try . it would help with the progression of the team .
imo the team is quite shallow top 6 . so an actual push wouldnt be in the cards .
thats with projecting mailloux making the team out of camp . and /or reinbacker plays less than 10 games in laval .
and gorton/hughes finding a actual top 6 nhl player . in exchange for a pick and a prospect like beck or hudson . for something like zegras and gudas .

Would be absolutely awesome to see Xhekaj and Mailloux together, especially if they played like they did in Laval. No to Matheson. He needs to go. If Ylonen EVER got enough ice time, he'd be fine, but we know how that works. As far as playoff potential…Ummmm….I don't think so. 😁
