Ok so what’s going on with Cuylle as the healthy scratch? I feel he’s been a stand out player lately. Is this punishment , resting, or Lavi not happy ?

Gotta find different dynamics for the bottom six once the playoff injuries start to accumulate. You’ve got eight guys but not everyone meshes. Get guys a little extra rest down the stretch and have matchups ready to go rather than winging it.

Obviously tonight is not a must win game, but it would be nice to beat Florida and move into first place overall in the NHL. I think Cuylle is part of the lineup that gives them the best chance to do that. But hey, what do I know.

Honestly rest of regular season is meaningless beyond entertainment and practice. Cup or bust. Rest the guys. Cuylle is gonna thrive in the playoffs and be a wrecking ball and pop a few goals in too.
