Damn, this is a short one.
Canes play a complete game.
The score does not tell the game story. Canes dominated with a good forecheck and they controlled the neutral zone most of the game.
A good playoff style game, the style of game the Leafs can expect to see from the East's top teams
Joe Woll was a beast tonight. Freddy Andersen looks like Michael Phelps out there, he was swimming all night.

Glad to finally see Sam give Stone Woll his flowers. Hopefully, he shuts the fack up about the Leafs' goalie situation now.
As far as the first goal being soft, yeah, you'd like a save there, but he was triple screened(2 of which being Leafs). Not a softy goal. Watch the tape, boys. Woll had milliseconds to react. Basically a guessing game. Perfectly timed release.

Went from high-flying offensive game against an Oilers team that can’t play defense with a shaky goalie, to playing none of the best defensive systems teams the next day.
Leafs didn’t adjust their play style and couldn’t get high danger chances for majority of the game. Need to learn to play tighter defensively from the jump against these teams because that’s what we will see in the playoffs.

Schedule loss we all called it last week. But the buds did ok for playing less then 24 hours with travel of their last high flying game vs the oilers.
Why are you guys not giving praise to the way Carolina defended? But no instead it's the Leafs being sluggish, the Leafs on a back to back.
