  1. you could have dropped that "like and subscribe" part after the Chris Snow news, it felt super bizarre and tbh a bit insensitive.

  2. Youd think the canucks would jump at the oppurtunity to retire the jersey of one of their very few hall of fame players

  3. Khaira already has a 2-way contract. He's not in camp on a PTO. I believe you even reported this in an earlier news of the day video.

  4. I liked Khaira when he was an oiler. Watched a few interviews and he seems like a good guy. I hope he can secure a job in the bottom 6 as a replacement for what they lost with Reeves a little while ago

  5. Calling it now, Anaheim is too late to reconcile with Zegras, and Drysdale. Reportedly $3-4 Million a year for Zegras, told us that the Ducks Gm is the problem.

  6. Maybe I'm in the minority but based on the time Backlund seemed to just give up last year He was the one I was least concerned about leaving. So I would much rather see them give the C to someone like Andersson. If Backlund wants to be a lifer that's great but gifting him the C just for resigning is a bit much.

  7. Fire Verbeek before he does any more damage. He's a first-time GM who has now clearly proven he's not GM material. Move on. Immediately.

  8. My condolonces to the Snow family. Let me know if i personaly/we as a community can do anything. (Paint the house, go shopping.. ANYTHING)

  9. Vancouver seemed to have only retired Pavel Bure's number because he was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Using the same logic, the Canucks would also retire Luongo's number.

Luongo wouldn't be in the Hockey Hall of Fame without those eight years as a Vancouver Canuck.

The Panthers were brutal during most of Luongo's years in Florida … He only played 6 playoff games with them — and 64 games as a Canuck.

Bure played less seasons in Vancouver and the same amount of playoff games.

  10. It's so sad to hear about Snow. 😥 flame forever. On bit of a brighter note. My 2 year old son loves watching your videos for your cats.

  11. They ain't Boooooooooin', they Luuuuuuuuuuuin'

Luongo's the greatest goalie in franchise history….

  12. 3 years, 5 a season for Zegras… but he'll probably get paid more.

Drysdale hasn't done anything of note yet. Upside, sure, but seems like trade bait.

  13. My cousin suffered and passed from that horrible disease, My sympathies to the Snow family

  14. If you have enough knowledge on the subject to make a video out of it, I’d be interested in a video talking about why players choose the numbers they do. Seems like goalies are often either #1, or something in the 30s or 40s, though there are of course exceptions. I’m sure a lot of it is superstition, or idolizing a past player who wore the number, but the pattern’s interesting.

  15. ALS is horrible. Brutal. I knew a great man, a husband and a father, probably only in his 40s, Who got ALS and died a couple years afterward. Over that span his condition deteriorated more and more, and it was heartbreaking to see him reduced to an invalid who could no longer even speak. May God comfort the loved ones of Chris Snow. 😢🙏
