Another disappointing weekend as a Pens fan. When is the first T-time on the course??
At least WBS won one, and Yager's trending close to 100 pts.
Rust can't even stay healthy. That is a terrible idea. They need to bring Guentzel back or sign Sam Reinhart.
Would be nice to get Jake back, but in reality I don't see it. They would have to move alot of money out and I don't see them outbidding anyone for him.
I think we need to find the next Patrick Hornqvist. That would be my next priority.
I don't mind this idea. They need a few more bunting and rust types that are young and tenacious. We don't need one $10 mil player we need two or three good $3,4,5 mil players. Rak can rebound, maybe move smith out and create more room and hope doc and pusti continue to progress. Maybe add a brand new fourth line that can actually shut a team down and we can turn this night mare around. I think fixing the forward group is much easier then addressing the defense. That worries me the most. The defense is terrible and giving games away at this point.
Nick how would you address the defense in the off season?
Slide Malkin up to first line wing with Crosby and Rust. Go find a good second line Center.
No way Jake is gonna sign with pitt nxt yr. Y would pitt sign him? 2 expensive. WE NEED CHANGE. MOVE FWD. As much as I'd like 2 see him come back.
Why would Jake come back to this dumpster fire? Next Guenzel? Rust a 30 something had his chance all along.
