His numbers (ignoring this stat) are very similar to JT Millers when he was Hoglander’s age. In and out of the AHL and then being around 0.5 ppg in first full season back into the NHL

Hoglander has elite skill, he’s fast with excellent skating balance. Great young player. 22 goals averaging only 11:44 in ice time and all at even strength, 0 from the PP. Just 23 years old. Canucks should lock him up long term this offseason, he’s likely going to have a monster year next season. Poised to become a consistent 40+ goal scorer.
