The quality in the champions league is terrible. There’s just not that many good teams anymore.
The issue is the wealth of clubs there about 8 teams that can buy anyone anytime and the rest have to make do if there was a cap on spend/wages that would change everything and make it more exciting you'd no longer see the best players leave their hometown clubs to go and play for another team they don't care too much about if the wages were identical.

I wouldn't say man city are "boring" to watch but I will say I'm rarely on the edge of my seat watching them.
I also think a lot of the time "lesser" teams don't even try against city which is disappointing to see

You guys from the Class of 92 appear to take great please in telling the world that you changed the way trainees were treated by older players after experiencing cleaning boots and other tasks or punishments from the senior players. Yet you all claim that there are no longer leaders in the dressing room and young players have no respect. Its all self inflicted through too much change and you are partially to blame in my opinion.
