How would you describe the team’s mindset going into the game against calary tomor yeah I mean obviously coming off a a tough loss to Edmonton we uh we wanted to get out here get back to work uh get our battle mindset up and uh

We felt like we uh we gave up on oie there and so we’re going to be better defensively going into to tomorrow night’s game looking at the situation last year very similar uh this time of year in March have you been able to draw in that experience at all as a team you

Think and and can that help you going forward in the next 11 games yeah I mean I think we can draw upon that confidence and that uh we know we have the ability to uh to be one of the best teams in the NHL when we set our minds to it and we

Play the right way and obviously um we just have to uh focus on uh the first five minutes of tomorrow night’s game and just going out there and uh making them play play our style of game and our style of hockey and um just going out

There with a lot of uh energy and have some fun thanks for you and JJ and Tage what led to some of the chances you were able to get in the last game yeah I just thought we were supporting all over the ice um we were really good on the four

Check causing them to have turnovers and uh we were playing as a fiveman unit I felt like we were out there and uh obviously it’s nice to get one early got get the confidence going and from there we were just kind of meshing together and trying to use each other as much as

Possible and we had a lot of great a and we probably should have had more than a couple you feel there were some good things on the power play you can build on no yeah definitely we had a lot of great a chances and um some opportunities that we would have loved

To have back and uh to have bared down on a few and um just sometimes uh it doesn’t go our way but we’re going to draw confidence off of that too our power play hasn’t been nearly good enough this year and uh to have a little bit different um setup and

A little bit different Personnel is always something that you need to do to shake things up and uh we were able to have some chemistry and mesh well and uh I thought first and foremost we were just out working their PK and getting the opportunities
