That second Avs goal should be an assist from MacKinnon. If his steak end over this technicality it would be such a shame.
The rangers never had possession in that play, a shot and a knock in.
If the goalie knocks in the puck inadvertently after a shot, it shouldn’t nullify the playmakers that made it happen. So too it shouldn’t be a factor if a defenceman does the same. It’s silly.
