Jack Beck was injured off this hit by Max Namestnikov during game one of the best-of-seven quarterfinal between Soo Saint Marie and Guelph of the OHL. There was no penalty on the play. Is this a clean check? Have your say!
I think that hitting him from the blind side when he's shooting shows very poor respect. It is clear that Namestnikov has no chance of preventing Beck from shooting, so the hit is completely needless.

Blindside hit. Leaves his feet. Travels a good distance targeting a vulnerable player.
Absolutely no reason to deliver that hit to a vulnerable player!
League gave Guelph player 4 game suspension after review (with no call by refs!!). Deserves MORE
