Gil, I know I know,I’m beating a dead horse again. Ruslan should have been up since last season when barzy got hurt. To have him rotting in Bridgeport is ridiculous. We have players like Martin,clutter,fasching,wahlstrom, engvall,holmstrom,Casey, and jgp on this team and iskhakov is better than all of them. But par for the course for senile Lou. Kid had 51 points last season and is on his way again this year playing by himself. He only started playing with Maggio a few weeks back. If the fossil is going to be here for another two years I’m done and we’re done. Enough is enough I can’t run this back for the fifth time. Smfh
ITS ISH TIME LOUZER. Teams like to wait until they are out of playoff race to make ahl call-ups but in isles case what the fk. They aren't making the playoffs. And bad news makes good news caps won in ot over wings-3 pt. game plus flyers get a point, nj wins to move ahead of isles, and pens get 2 pts. So isles draft positioning is getting better. On the bright side 24 is out for rest of season. Better by – or not?

What's the fascination with Iskhakov? He has 17 goals in 69 games in the AHL, and he's also only 5'8". Anders Lee has 18 goals in the same amount of games in the NHL, and fans want him gone tomorrow. What am I missing here?
To expand on what you said, how about giving Dufour and Maggio a call up as well. I also can't understand why Guthier was sent down, management must think that this team is just way too fast
This Russian is a career minor league player. The fan base is desperate to find the answer. He is not it. His numbers are a joke. We have a terrible farm team. No quick fix there. So get real.

I have nothing against the current team, but THEY NEED YOUNGER, AND FASTER PLAYERS. They need a boost offensively; however; can he throw his weight around with 👾 body checks? Anders Lee's not getting suspended for Sunday, Scott Mayfield went under the 🗡 and he's out for the rest of the season, and he's doing the right thing. I don't expect much from Iskhakov, but I would bring him up before waving goodbye as he heads off to the KHL. He's listed as 5' 9", 165 but probably 5' 8" 160. He's 24 and still hasn't bulked up, and I doubt he ever will. Short legs and arms and a bump away from flying into the boards and shattering his shoulder. I Can't believe Yoda selected him in the 2nd round.
Your farm report should have included pictures from the dust bowl era. When an organization has to rebuild their prospect pool just to rebuild their AHL roster BEFORE they can start rebuilding the NHL roster, you know you're in for a decade of pain.
Gm Gil. With the 6th worst in NHL, it is indeed time to get players from Bridgeport promoted to the Isles. But, with Lou living in fantasyland where the Isles are built for the playoffs I don't see that happening. Should the Isles ownership retain Lou L for next season, its clear this team has NO interest in winning. As we watched the glory years end and the team became the laughing stock of the NHL, not much has changed with the latest owners etc.

im with you gil …let's take a look if he's going to go back to khl then yes how would we let him go without ever seeing nhl time…he's not however going to get us into the playoffs…our problem is team defense and defensive collapses..ihskakov is -16 in the AHL and weighs 130 pounds soaking wet…so to get us in…no,…to call the season and take a look at him…why not

I agree, however I don’t care about a spark or any disciplinary reasons for older players. The playoffs are a pipe-dream. All I want to know is if he is a NHL player or not, period.
