  1. Under a minute to go in regulation, Brodie just missed drawing a boarding penalty that may have resulted in a match penalty when he fell to the ice and a Buffalo player had him lined up for a big cross check, which I think was the result of the line brawl between Toronto and Buffalo. Just after that there was an instance of a 3rd man in by a Buffalo player who went after an already engaged Toronto player in hopes of freeing his teammate. And just after that another 3rd man in, this time Alex Tuch going after an already engaged Toronto player. So pretty much everyone who was on the ice during that line brawl was sent to their respective locker rooms except Dahlin who served the lone Buffalo penalty (probably a trip on Brodie, which saved Brodie from previously mentioned boarding penalty). Not sure if there will be any fines or suspensions handed out after Easter weekend.

  2. Lane Hutson will absolutely be signing with Montreal. What better situation is there in the whole league? Stacked rising team in an original 6 market with space for him to run the PP in a year or two.

  3. You never mentioned Connor Hellebuyck played his 500 nhl game and was celebrated in Winnipeg, Vilardi also returned to the line up as well

  4. Dach is a salary dump, Canadian better included 2nd round pick otherwise I don’t see Canucks want to get him

  5. Dach going to Van doesn’t make sense from the habs perspective. I don’t think PA and co aren’t going the trade route this summer. They will sign free agents so they don’t have to give up assets. The only scenario trade I could see happening is them trading boeser. He’s got one more year left and I don’t think Boeser is management’s guy.

  6. van doesn't need primeau. they can run with demko/silovs next year. in case of injury there are plenty of experienced G3s out there.

or they can just resign desmith, but if they do silovs is going to get frustrated. i think he's ready.

  7. I'm hoping canucks don't lose lindholm for nothing and trade him at the draft even if it's a late pick better than nothing

  8. Habs are not trading Dach lmao… they are not going to move a 6’4 Top 6 C potential for a prospect… Dach is not untouchable in my opinion unless the Habs are getting a C back that has Size and has top 6 potential that is 22-24 years old… Dach’s injury was a freak injury and back luck in my opinion so the Habs have already said the doctors think dach will have no issues and will be able to return next season so you don’t give up dach for anything unless it’s an equal value… Why would the Habs give up a 6’4 C like Dach when Dach is exactly the type of player they need… it makes 0 sense.
