  1. This is one of the greatest wrestling matches of all time. It's fitting that Taylor was Dake's "final boss" if you will.

  2. Those that think he wasn't stalling, all you have to do is watch any Kyle Dake match in freestyle to know that is how he works. You never have to worry about Taylor being aggressive and pushing the action, but you do with Kyle. Same thing with J'den. Only J'den has a secret weapon.

  3. David Taylor was a much better wrestler. Kyle Dake gained weight to avoid specific wrestlers. We studied how he beat Taylor but nobody watching thought Taylor wrestled as hard against Dake as he did against other wrestlers.

  4. Taylor is and always was the better wrestler. He is a technician that for unknown reasons wrestled Dake's match every time. If the match comes down to strength and conditioning Dake has an excellent chance. If the match comes down to technique and speed Dake has no chance. We studied these videos in college and the general consensus was Taylor should have won. He just doesn't wrestle Dake as hard as he does everyone else. The rue measure is the Olympics. Only 6 weight classes – no ducking the talent.
