If you’ve been to Buffalo lately, you may have heard this four letter word. Hey there, Sabres fans. It’s me, Jeff. A legend of the hockey world. A goal scoring phenom. A man blessed with the grace of a figure skater and the tenacity of a honey badger. An athlete with limitless talent

And unlimited potential. He’s the greatest athlete I’ve ever seen. Hockey, Ping Pong Cricket, Tennis Golf Synchronized swimming You name it. Yeah, you know growing up I had a poster of him on my wall So, yeah. Pretty sure Benny still has a picture of Jeff on his bedroom wall.

Yes, this icon of both sports and pop culture is truly one of a kind. Beloved by all. Beloved? Uh, I wouldn’t go there. Oh yeah, the guy’s constantly bragging. He told me he wrote the chorus to “Thinking Out Loud.” Apparently Ed Sheeran wrote “Photograph” after a night hanging out with Skinny.

That’s what he said anyway. Did you see me with Taylor Swift? Did you see me with Emily in Paris? [in Swedish] Some guys have all the luck. So, who is Jeff Skinner? Beyond the many claims and behind that charming smile lies a complex web of fact and fiction. For instance,

What is this fixation on hydration? Everybody got SmartWater this year for Christmas. And what’s the story behind the red hat? [Producer] Do you know the story behind [Producer] why Jeff wears the red toque? [Producer] What is it? Do you know how long it takes for me for me to pick out a suit?

And then he just puts on a red, dumb hat and everyone goes like, ‘Oh, wow, he’s so well dressed.’ Do you know where I can get one of those? Even as we learn more It’s clear that some things will remain a mystery. For instance, how did he successfully navigate

The transition from hockey star to TV sensation? Did you know he auditioned to be Troy in High School Musical? “Everybody Loves Jeff.” “Jeff and the City.” Remember “The Jeff Show”? All the guests were named Jeff. That one had promise until they ran out of Jeffs. Then, an epiphany.
