  1. Why didnt they put Drew in shoot out. But Malkin . I was screaming at TV when he "attempt " to shoot in shoot out. That was sad.

  2. If head coach Mike Suckagain is back next year I don't know what my reaction will be. I believe head coach Mike Suckagain can mutually agree to resign with the Pens at the end of the season just like Laviolette did last year. Another team will hire Mike Suckagain to be their coach. At this point the Pens won't owe Mike Suckagain any money. Next, we get fresh energy and a new coach!

  3. DK, I don't always agree with you, but I feel like you're the only one who gives constructive criticism about Sullivan. All the other journalists keep making excuses for him and I have no idea why. They're usually quick to point their fingers at specific players, but when it comes to the coach, they act as if they're afraid to criticize him. I do believe he's become the main problem for this team. I mean, he can't even motivate the guys anymore. He doesn't bench the players when they seem to don't care. He only plays with his favorities. He makes odd decisions when it comes to shootouts. Since 2018, the Pens have gotten worse every season. The roster was changed many times and it didn't help. The management was changed and it also didn't help. I believe it's finally time for changes behind the bench. But like you said, that probably won't happen because the owners care more about money then this team.

  4. Does Sullivan identify with Carter the most as a veteran? Does he feel to some sense he was once the player Carter is right now?

  5. The only reason I can possibly come up with is sentiment: Sullivan knows this is the end of Carter's career and is trying not to end it with him on the bench.
