  1. Some players are really phoning it in recently. It has has has to be coaching. We see over and over players stink here and excel elsewhere – what else can be blamed for this

  2. It's SUPER unlikely, especially considering the road winless streak you've discussed. But, if the Penguins wanna make playoffs they have to go 6-3 in the remaining games:

    It makes it sound even more grim when you say it like this: in order to make playoffs, the Penguins can't lose any games against NJD, WSH, TBL, DET, NSH and NYI, unless we somehow upset NYR, TOR and/or BOS.

    That is assuming PHI only win 2 of their remaining games (which seems very possible considering their remaining games), if PHI win 3 games we have to go 7-2, if they win 4 we have to go 8-1 and if they win 5 more games we have to go 9-0.
