So many players are sleeping, Veleno has zero points in 14 games. Dcat needs to score, but you are still seeing the chances. He should've had two against Florida. Raymond went to sleep once Larkin came back for some reason as well only 1 point in the 5 games. There are plenty more guys I could pull up.

* ADB definitely needs to wake up, but he's also not the only reason we only won three games in the month of March. We need great top-6 forwards and great top-4 defense. We have… what, ADB, Kane, and Larks. That's it. Ras isn't top-6, Perron isn't top-6, Sprong and Veleno aren't top-6. On D, we have Seider and Walman. Chiarot isn't top-4, and Edvinsson (at this point in his development) isn't top-4. We were always a mid team, from the very first puck drop of the season, and we will continue to be a mid team until we attract those top talent guys.
* We didn't sign Petry, we traded a player who wasn't gonna crack our lineup to the Habs for him, and he wasn't ever brought in to somehow push this team over the playoff line. With that said, even he isn't the only reason why this team left a toxic cloud on the ice after every game in the month of March. It's a group effort, whether we win or lose.
Just a couple thoughts.
These guys really need to up their Red Wings/hockey knowledge game…a bit cringey to listen to
Debrincat can't carry a team, he needs a set up man who can drive the puck, kane can make pretty plays but he can't drive the puck anymore, he can barely make it over the blue line without being caught up to and nullified. It's no coincidence he was on a heater with Larkin and without Kane, unfortunately Larkin has not even been close to 100% since the Ottawa game injury. Teams aren't stupid, they can see this, that's why they all went after Larkin after the first 15. You take out Larkin, you have no puck drivers for Debrincat to thrive. Debrincat will never be a puck driver, he's just not big enough or fast enough. The fans expected too much of him without paying attention to how his production fell off in Ottawa, he's a streaky sniper like most snipers and right now he couldn't hit the broad side of a pool barn.
That Flannel kid needs to get smacked and get that smug look off his face.. how do people like him get jobs in sports??
I remember when he said everyone had to apologize to Steve Yzerman. But Steve’s offseason signings look awful to me. Petry, Holl, Copp are just such bad contracts.
