You gotta give him credit. He turned a few Michigans into getting paid $8 million more than he’s worth over 3 years.
His agent should be picking up the camera cost as a thank-you for Zegras putting his kids through college.
Now, if he only could learn to take a one-timer on the PP without fanning on the puck 50% of the time instead of being the most gifted practice stick handler in the league, the NHL might be less frustrating for him.

He’s on a team inn a complete rebuild with one of the best prospect groups… Give it some time.

Zegras is the Odell Beckham Jr of hockey. A few insanely cool, sensational plays that will certainly make the highlight reel, but not enough consistency to be the face of a team.
Both very good players just not as good as they think.
