This is the type of “honest loss” that you don’t get mad about. I’d rather have this game then ones with blowing 2+ goal leads. They played fairly well against a good team.
Absolutely heartbreaking, but holy hell, was that a ridiculously good game.
Minus the Preds PP… Just awful.
What can you do? We got Linus Ullmark’d. I enjoyed watching the game thoroughly. Little salty about a couple extra passes we made instead of shooting, but it was alright.
Need to hire a power play coach first of all, also need goaltenders to play a full game and the defense not to suck all night…hmm anything else, oh yeah can we decline power plays?
Yall flip sides so fast. We played well and we aren’t missing the playoffs. We got goalied by one of the best in the league.

Failed Saros tonight. Josi missing a wide open net. Power Plain showed tonight. Teams closing in on the wildcard race with 6 or so games to go. Have to beat good teams if you want to win in the playoffs…

This is the kind of shit that happens after everything goes your way for 18 straight games. Losing 3 in a row is the hockey god’s way of trying to even things out I guess. Honestly, I think we deserved a better fate as we played quite well for major stretches, but our absolutely *god awful* powerplay let us down big time. I know Boston has an incredible PK, but to go 0/11 in a two game season series is fucking horrible.
Ullmark was unreal. So was Juuse. Two inexcusable defensive breakdowns, one while on the power play. Otherwise not bad, this could’ve been worse. Far from doomsday, need to get it together though.

That goal on the PP was total shit; they were meeting us ahead of the o zone and daring us to try to take it in. We were total bitches on that PP and the outcome was not surprising.

Was at the game, it was legitimately 60/40 Bruins fans. I had no idea we had so many ex-Bostonite Massholes here, shows what I know
That scoreline is not indicative of how the game went. We played well, just one lapse in coverage lead to the flood gates opening. Was a good game other than that. Still hopeful! We move on!
Let’s just hope the game Thursday against the Blues goes better. That point streak is feeling like a long time ago
Yea the more losses pile up the more concerned I get, but it’s not panic time yet. Lose next game then maybe it’s time.
Power play is really lost. Abysmally lost. Rest of the game was a good show. Boston protected the net area insanely well and Ullmark was lights out. We didn’t adapt well enough to solve this one but were toe to toe until the last 5 minutes.
Our biggest issue this game was the pp and we got ullmarked. Could be worse but I don’t think anyone likes losing three in a row. I’d like to get a little heat going again before the playoffs
