Very frustrating game. Your balanced appraisal of it is very interesting. I now have big doubts about Joseph Woll, whom I really like and appreciate. But 4 goals on first shots in 4 games, and giving up 4 or more goals in every game he’s played recently is very unsettling.
It'd be hillarious if the last game of the season ends up putting the leafs in a wild card spot and tampa ends up third.

Best Reavo game of the year and the rest of the team took the night off put this game behind us. Hopefully Woll finds his game before his injury but i am picking Sammy to start the playoffs

Ref on the opposite end of the ice calls a penalty. the other refs don't notice the arm up because they're watching the play. ref who called the penalty doesn't have a good view on the play that's happening so he doesn't blow the whistle. ref closest to the play doesn't know there's a penalty and still isn't looking at the other official?
That's just playing devils advocate. it's dumb and the refs would have to have the awareness of a deaf blind dog but… it's the nhl and dumb shit like that happens.

Simce his return from injury Joseph Woll has been average. No bad, just average. Andre was spectacular. That was the difference in the same way during the Leafs/Panthers game ILya was better than Sergei and that was the difference. Those 2 games were evenly played by both teams.
I imagine Keefe is throwing out lines without matching cause they are going to be a road team. The only way to see what a worst case scenario is with the lines and try to avoid it in the playoffs.
