Offer him term and signing bonuses front loaded. Pay him no more than 7.5 million. He might take that and it works for both, that way he's not making more than Hughes.
We need to keep Casey, due to Demko's age and injury history. And we need to succession plan for the future.
In the 7M range for Hronek is fair for both sides like the Pettersson deal. Once we start getting into the 8M range feels silly to me.
